The only certainty in life is change and this certainly applies to Coleman Group.
By investing in great people and cultivating a team environment over many years, under Glenn’s leadership Coleman Group has morphed into the most innovative, high quality, best equipped, deadline-driven supplier for the exhibition, event and retail signage space across Australia.
Glenn’s role encompasses overall company direction and strategy, finance and capital investment.
The company goal is to entrench its signage industry leadership through innovation, customer service and an unmatched capacity to meet the tightest client deadlines.
For the last 8 years Glenn has been a Director of Civic Disability Services, an organisation supporting individuals with disability, where he also serves on the Audit and Finance Committee. Glenn enjoys investing, cycling and kite surfing on weekends.
Under his direction, Coleman Signs was rebranded as Coleman Group and redirected at the Exhibitions and Events Industry.
With over 38 years in the Signage industry and over 10 years experience in business management and development, Rod joined Coleman Group in 2003 as Business Development Manager.
During this time, Rod created FABframe, a revolutionary signage system consisting of lightweight aluminium frames and dye-sublimation fabrics. Coleman Group in conjunction with FABframe is now considered by many as one of the market leaders of signage throughout the Exhibition, Event & Retail Industries in Australia.
In 2012, Rod proposed moving FABframe into the American market, and in doing so created the REXframe brand. REXframe expanded internationally and is now distributed across 5 different countries worldwide including USA, UK, NZ, Germany and Australia.
Rod Peter’s business decisions have transformed Coleman Group into the successful multi-million-dollar business it is today.
